It was a very bad experience. The lights wouldn't turn off, and the air conditioner was uncontrollable—no matter how often I turned it off, it would start running again, making the room freezing cold. Reception wouldn't answer calls; they kept saying they would send a technician but never did. I was forced to stay there solely because of its proximity to Healthpoint Hospital. I hate this experience.

Overall satisfactions. I enjoyed stay at this hotel.
