The beds were horrible as were the pillows.

Clean ans affordable

I liked the open coffee bar in the lobby, I appreciate the on premises cafe, the staff was very friendly and professional. The inside and outside property is well maintained, the cleaning staff were polite and friendly

I was drawn to this resort because of the pool and location. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn’t get a cot for my teenage son, and that breakfast was pretty expensive. I’m a cook, and appreciate great food, but there was nothing basic to order for kids. It was a nice stay, but we prefer continental breakfasts when traveling. I guess I mistook the word available for included.

The beds are not comfortable and the air conditioner 3 feet from the bed cycling on and off every 5 minutes all night was pretty awful.

Staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly! I can't say the same about the staff in the pool area not friendly at all when we asked questions about the menu they were not too approachable or friendly. Other than that beautiful room, comfy beds, and nice showers.

Location good. Easy check in. Bed comfortable. Rooms very soundproof, especially given we over Looked the pool. Only one elevator awkward as our room was on the other side of the building. Door in the back closer to our room was never locked allowing anyone access to the building, especially as it was in the back and unattended. In today's world where everyone is upping their security this is not acceptable. It is evident that upgrades are being done, but workmanship and eye for details are missing. Tiles set unevenly and cut to incorrect length in bathroom. Grout/caulking needs attention. Moulding is chipped and raw wood showing throughout the room. Took us a day to figure out how to work the TV. We accidentally turned the A/C unit off and took us 30 minutes to get it back on. We are intelligent and are up to date with our tech....this shouldn't have been this tough! Restaurant expensive for breakfast. We used our $20 coupon the first morning only. We had a delicious breakfast down the road at the breakfast cottage for less than the Mediocre meal we had WITH the $20 coupon. Overall a solid 3.

I've stayed there three times and I always liked it there. It's close to everywhere I've been going, yet tucked away. There's a cool tiki bar by the pool, so it's easy and relaxing there. We had good food out there a few times. Then there's another bar and restaurant inside. The last time I stayed, we got the poolside king deluxe room and that was really nice, but the other ones were always nice and clean too. The poolside view was my favorite so far. I'd stay with them again when I'm back down there. It's got everything I like.

Perfect stay and breakfast was good

This is usually my favorite spot. It was our first time staying in the deluxe room building. The blinds are not enough to keep the light out first thing in the morning. The bartending service inside was very slow with only a few of us sitting there. One night we ordered the filet

This is our second time to stay here. We love the location, the restaurant is really good, and it’s been updated nicely.
