We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Caroline! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Christian from the Night Audit team, who went above and beyond to make our early departure easier. Since we had to check out at 5 AM, he kindly prepared an early breakfast for us so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Christian was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. His warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s these little gestures that make a stay memorable!
