The hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was good too. The major reason for 3 stars is because of the bird mess that is found all over the entry on the second level. There is bird feces and mud droppings ever where on the second level breezeway.

Check in and out were easy. Hotel is run down and could use some TLC. Breakfast was good but there was not enough seating. Close to Bryce NP entrance and a short drive to town for dinner.

Building shows its age, but beds were conformable and room was clean. Breakfast can be or should be better. I believe that the hotel staffs are doing their best to compensate the age of facility.

Where do I begin? There are more trip hazards than I could count. The staircase to the breakfast area would not meet code in ANY state. The concrete walkway to the stairs to our room was uneven and presented several trip hazards. I’m not a germaphobe but I observed the breakfast host placing the unwrapped plastic wear in containers with his bare hands. Bottom line is, I would NOT stay at this hotel again. I’m surprised that Quality Inn, which I had equated to good no frills hotels would allow their name to be associated with this place!!! Sorry for such a negative review, but this place is an accident waiting to happen!

The hotel is conveniently located next to scenic byway 12 within less than 30 min drive from Bryce canyon. The hotel restaurant seems to be permanently closed, but there's places to eat in nearby Panguitch (around 10 min drive) or in Bryce Canyon City (around 20 min drive). The hotel room looks old, but clean and adequately maintained - everything was in good working condition. Shower water pressure was strong enough, TV picture quality was really good - not like the cheap TV sets you usually see in budget hotels. Overall it was decent value for the price we paid.

The carpet was disgusting and filthy. Our socks and bare feet were dirty from walking on it. The bathroom was old and needs some updating.

Pretty unique place to stay and it was very close to the park which was awesome. Breakfast was a little lacking in my opinion. And the front desk employees were not always present.

Old as Moses. All outside wood needs replacement. While I am sure everything is up to code, it hasn’t changed since we were there over 20 years ago. Room was antiquated however clean.

Had a very small shower and no place for the soap, shampoo, or conditioner. No place to hang wet towels. Decking needed to be maintained. Clock radio made noise. Parking was on the other side of the building. Furniture looked like it came from a thrift store.

The room was fine. The stairwell to the room and the ramp/stairwell to the breakfast area really need some attention. The breakfast was standard fare, not great not bad. The exterior just really needs some attention. Other dining is available about 8 miles.
