Good budget friendly place although the rooms were small and the shower is too small. I can't even fit in the shower, and I'm a slim, fit guy. Breakfast was very basic. The location was good and next to a lake. Staff were friendly

The hotel is nice but located on a noisy roadway in a commercial area. I would recommend reserving a quieter room in the back of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even opening the breakfast room at 5:30 instead of 7 because of our early flight. Rooms are small but well-appointed.

Prompt early check in, good breakfast selection, nice towels. Room very small even for a basic room in Italy from our many visits here. The aircon not working properly blowing warm air & kept going off. Room decor tired & smelt musty. Unfortunately the hotel is between a very busy main road & a railway line, not a great location for an holiday stay especially if you want to walk to restaurants or go cycling. Reduced stay from 6 nights to 2 as it was too hot & noisy to sleep properly & the location was wrong for us.

We stayed just one night before our flight out of Milano to wrap up our vacation. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. He arranged for our taxi the next morning and assured us the night person would prepare our caffe before we left. Dinner at the adjoined restaurant was delicious!!

The property was well maintained rhe staff are presently helpful and upfront on all the charges.

Very clean, very nice accomodations. Multiple bars and restaurants open within walking distance. I highly recommend. Its about an hour by train outside of Milan but an easy ride. Great if you rent a car, because a lot goes on in the nearby towns, 10min to 20 min away, so nicely centralized.

Great breakfast with the homemade pies. Very professional and friendly personal.

The room is clean and well equipped, it has a nice breakfast and helpful staff. The location is just beside the road but not noisy if you close the window, with air conditioning.

Our room was clean. It had a safe and mini fridge, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet included was good The shower was a bit small. The traffic was very loud when the window was open, since the Hotel is on the main road.

AC didn’t work. No cool air was coming out. We tried all the cold settings and it won’t turn on, just the fans were working. We had to open our windows to get cooler air but train noise throughout the evening was waking us up. Hotel is right next to the rail road.

In all an enjoyable stay food was decent, hotel staff pleasant and room was clean and well looked after. Only thing is its a 5k walk to arona which is the nearest decent small lakeside village

What a great hotel. Clean, great staff and wonderful dining. A great way to end our week long travels around Italy. Location is wonderful, 30 minutes to airport and a few kilometers from Arona!

Very accommodating. Wanted to leave early at 4.30 am but they still provided me with breakfast.
