Toilet seat was loose. Noisy guests on floor above, sounded like an elephant at 6.15am when I was intending to sleep

Just an overnight stay en route to the airport, but with 4 of us in one room - the family room offered a double bed and 2 singles which was so much better than a sofa bed. very pleased with the room and cleanliness. Breakfast was pretty basic but the price was very good.

For a cheap clean room for the night it is better than Travelodge as it has free WiFi

What we booked is not what we got. Manager seems to think a double bed is a king, doubled down and debated at length. Not a continental breakfast, only one room key to share. NOT the place for any prolonged stay…strictly a one night place only. Rooms smelled musty.

It was a very clean room but needed to be freshened up as it was dated. We slept well. Plenty of hot water. Disappointed there was no dining room to eat your breakfast. Tge option was to take it to your room, ours was upstairs so not practical, or eat it in the reception area, only 3 tables! If a lot of people came for breakfast all at once, there was very limited space to serve yourself and little room to eat it! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Basic hotel but very clean, large rooms, and perfect for an overnight stay at a very low cost so near to London. All reception staff (3 different during our stay) really friendly and helpful. Would definately stop here again if in the area.

Very good value considering it includes basic but reasonable continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Let down by a lack of maintenance which gives the hotel a rather shabby appearance - but at the price it's hard to complain

Ideal location. Good parking. Free Wi-Fi. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a missing tv remote but soon rectified. Catered for me being gluten free for the continental breakfast. Pity next door restaurant is still shut. Price for our dog was £15, which I think is high. Stayed here a few times and will again.

It is what is. OK for a quick stop. Had everything you needed. Room seemed clean. Beds a little soft but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is a help yourself arrangement to eat and drink in your room or on the go.

The best thing about it was that it was cheap - £50 per night for a double room with breakfast. The downsides were that it was tired and grubby, the room was very cold with insufficient heating and the bedding was thin with no extra blankets provided.
