Excelente atención y servicios.

The location is perfect. Very walkable, with restaurants everywhere. The room was comfortable with the exception of the shower!! Scalding water one second, cold the next. Impossible to regulate, and literally dangerous - yes, THAT hot! Staff is wonderful!! Extremely helpful. Food at free breakfast is mediocre at best, but typical hotel buffet. I would not stay again, because the city has many options to chose from 💁‍♀️

The hotel is very safe to walk around, rooms are clean, friendly staff and there is a metro station a few buildings away.

El hotel cumple con todo lo indicado . Las camas y la ropa de cama excelentes ! La ubicación es muy buena . Muy segura para caminar. Un poco sucia la zona . Las camas suplementarias también son cómodas . Y la atención es excelente

Room felt clean

Essa filial do Novotel deixa bastante a desejar. Manutençao não está em dia. Nem nos quartos e nem nas áreas do Hotel. No lobby tem 2 banheiros, para homens e mulheres. Mas nenhum dos dois possuía papel para secar as mãos e nem outro método. Café da manhã gostoso e completo. Localização muito boa.

Novotel is wonderful! Great room, view, breakfast and STAFF. We had an unfortunate event happen in Panama City that was unrelated to the hotel. The front desk staff really helped us out. They even went above and beyond and sent us up an evening desert to make us feel better. (Free of charge and not requested, just such a nice, over-the-top caring gesture.) The best hotel experience we have ever had in easily more than 500 traveling hotel nights.
