The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Its location is super convenient, near Bui Vien street, making it easy to explore any part of HCM city.

I just had a great stay at A25 De Tham ✔️ Clean rooms, full facilities ✔️ Friendly and professional staff - from check-in to check-out, the reception team is always smiling and enthusiastic support. ✔️ Convenient location - close to the center, easy to move to attractions, dining and shopping.

The room is damp, the nose is too wide, the bed is clean as well (hair with dust all over the bedclothes and sheets) all night is terribly itchy. The air-conditioner did not work well, the toilet was full of the smell of humid, the room door was broken, any key could be turned on. The next day said clean room helps as well. Too disappointed, never here again

a so so experience. We couldn't sleep during the night due to the crazy club noise from Bui Vien Street. The doors have poor sound proof. We can even hear the water flashing sound from the room next door. Best, Expect to have some clubbers checked in at 3-4am to add crazier noise. We chose the hotel because it's close to our tour pickup point the next morning, but guess it's not a wise venue if you expect a restful stay.

We found cockroach in the bed. The hotel is very smelly and dirty. The breakfast you should not even bother to get up, nothing to eat in the breakfast. The hotel over price. The receptionist and the porter they are very very bad. Specially the cleaners. We are staying in the VIP room but they want us to check out 10:00 in the morning because we book it in app. The reception said we have booking April 1 but we are arriving already on April 2 and we paid for April 1 and they don't care about it. I will never recommend this hotel
