Bugs, good shower, small rooms, bed is not comfortable, poor soundproofing

All the staff was excellent - very friendly and spoke English. Large room with comfy bed and great lakeside location.

The beds were bigger than I expected. Our reservation said double, and we had a king. The staff was friendly, the restaurant on site was fine, breakfast was yummy, and the rate was fantastic!

I was impressed by the service and the setting (right next to the lake). It was peaceful, scenic, and close to other places of interest in the area, e.g. Sacro Monte.

As always a plesant stay at Veccia Riva. Visited this hotel several times, and will for sure use again when doing business in the area.

We were made feel very welcome, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. What a lovely peaceful place to stay, we will be back!

Great location by the lake. Pleaseant service and clean room. Easy access to the lake and park for a walk or run.

We were in this hotel for 4 nights. It is an ideal place to stay if you are touring the lakes in the West of Italy with a car. It is close to the highway and bordering the Varese lake. We were in room 212 on the lake side and all was perfect. The hotel has also a very nice restaurant serving first plates in a buffet style.

Pas de voiture, donc pas de parking. Vue sur le lac masquée par un arbre !

Güleryüzlü çalışanlar, temiz, göl kıyısında otel aynı zamanda güzel bir restauranta da sahip. Akşam yemeğini otelde yedik, herşey çok lezzetliydi.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant. Wir konnten im Gartenlokal essen mit Blick auf den See. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre; im Restaurant drinnen ging es sehr lebhaft zu, was aber typisch für Italien ist.

Für eine Nacht war alles super. Direkt am See und einer schönen Bar nebenan mit sehr gutem Essen gelegen. Sehr großes Bett

Rent och snyggt både på rummet och hotellets övriga allmänna utrymmen. Vi bilen bra mottagna av serviceinriktad och trevlig personal. Läget vid sjön var vackert och hotellet låg bra till i förhållande till våra vänners lägenhet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit!

Très bon hôtel situé au bord du lac de Varèse.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber und das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Zimmer mit Seeblick zu bekommen. Das Essen im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist köstlich und bietet eine große Auswahl. Vom Terrasen aus kann man direkt auf den See blicken. Sehr empfehlenswert.
