Decent clean room although annoying air purifier in bathroom. Excellent included breakfast with many fresh choices, eggs cooked to order, etc. very friendly helpful staff. Close to downtown attractions; not far from Toltec ruins.

When you heard about Best Western chain you expect something (I have stayed on several BW properties around the world), but here was completely disappointing, service awful, room not small, but extra small, there’s nothing in the room (shampoo, soap, coffee, etc), I reserved for 2 people and just one towel… for the cost, it’s not with it at all…

Friendly service, great location, no parking on-site but in a gated lot nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment with no variety period.

Good price. Good bed, good shower... The free parking is in front of hotel. But only room for 4 cars... Valuewise... For $40 you can't do much better

The heat in the room was not working and I reported it to the front desk. He told me what to do and wait. When I told him I had done that he said I have no reports of any problem's and didn't offer to change our room. Since it was late I didn't asked to move but I should have because we were freezing and not comfortable. The breakfast was good, location good.

This is a nice hotel in Tula. Lots of restaurants nearby. For an American, it felt like the safest place in the city. Would recommend.

The Best Western Real Tula is a downtown feeling hotel in a town that seems less sophisticated. It serves an excellent breakfast too.

The front door is sometimes locked and no staff present to open it.
