Staff - great, friendly, helpful. Room - spotless. Hotel - very lively location. If you need quiet, this is not you.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. There really were no amenities to speak of. I could not figure out the TV. There was no safe in the room. However there was a microwave which came in very handy.

Our room had wonderful views out over the Recoleta cemetery and out towards the sea. It was a busy, thriving area with a great atmosphere, music, craft and art markets, open spaces and variety of eating options. Also by the start of yellow tourist bus! Staff were friendly & helpful too! :-)

The property is very run down and old. Most of the staff was quite unfriendly when we interacted with them, and they even denied us our free drinks that were promised with our booking. Our room faced the street and it was extremely loud until about 4am because there are a few busy bars right outside your window. We did not even try the breakfast, we took one look at it and decided to go buy breakfast somewhere instead, there is at least a shopping mall with some choices a few blocks away. The hotel is located around a bunch of restaurants and bars and it is right across the street from the recoleta cemetary, so if it is location you are after, then maybe this could be for you.

It is a very nice hotel, the location is excellent, many places nearby you can just walk to. Staff was very kind too. Will stay here again.
