Staff friendly, helpful, 24 hour security parking. Good buffet breakfast. Room was ok for a night. Need vehicle to access food or shopping.

Property is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was often not replenished but overall worth the price.

Where to begin.. Pros: There are not many choices in Salina Cruz, if you absolutely HAVE TO go there I suppose this might be the best option. Breakfast and cleaning staff delightful and helpful. Cons: Hotel grossly misrepresented. No room service!! Front desk staff rude. Well to be fair, the day of check out the desk personnel was okay. When we checked into to room it smelled so strongly of cinnamon disinfectant that it burned my eyes. I had to prop the door open and sit in the hallway to breathe. I went to front desk and staff treated me like I was crazy saying no one used cinnamon anything. After about an hour of me sitting in the hallway they finally agreed to change rooms. As I was leaving first room I noticed a blood spot on the sheets. When I showed front desk staff she immediately blamed me. Upon arriving in new room I pulled back the sheets to find two hairs and more stains. Went back to desk, staff again was very rude saying that I had put the hair there. Understand, I wasn’t asking for anything, not my money back, no compensation of any sort. But I was still blamed. Cleaning staff arrived to check new room and bed. They were wonderful and kind. They proceeded to tell me that they use CINNAMON disinfectant (remember I was scolded by front desk staff as she said they didn’t use cinnamon anything) and they changed the sheets. This hotel is a nightmare!

There was a foosball table and coconut/chocolate cookies hot out of the oven

We asked for extra shampoo because the bottles are very small and my wife needed more shampoo and they refuse to give us an extra tiny bottle of shampoo

The hotel itself is so-so, the included breakfast was disappointing. The biggest problem is it’s a long, long way from anything.

Nice chain hotel but poorly managed. Ice machine was broken down. I had to walk a long way to a store to buy ice. I asked the staff to take me in the hotel minivan but they said no driver was available. Also there was only one towel for two guests. In the breakfast buffet, there was no jam or marmalade for the toast (A first in all the years of staying in hotels)

This is a newish hotel specifically designed for business travellers. Rooms are very basic, furnished with modular equipment, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay on the road. The price is very good as you would expect. Buffet breakfast included was fine. My only complaint is that I was never able to get more than tepid water out of the shower tap.

Saturday morning , a gentlemen knocked on every door at 8:00 asking if we needed laundry service . Then Sunday , at 7:15 the next morning they were hammering and pounding On the room above us . This is an industrial working man’s hotel , rise with the roosters !! No late morning’s here .

This hotel was just for one night but it was clean and very comfortable. Above all, very quiet.

Handy location if you are travelling into or out of the city. Close to a small mall, Liverpool, Toks.

Great hotel room, really clean and quite spacious. Much preferred the room and the breakfast to the One Hotel which is down the road and onsite for Walmart, Sam't Club and Liverpool. But you'll probably have your car to load up the shopping, so this City Express is my preference.

This is the best hotel option in Salina Cruz. Although it is a budget hotel, it has comfortable beds and pillows, good A/C, cable TV, Wifi, nice bathrooms, and a free breakfast. I have tried all the other hotels in Salina Cruz over the years, and this is the one I always return to.
