The rooms smelled bad.

Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great. Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.

It’s an amazing place to go with children

The hotel is not a very new one but the staff everywhere makes it a great one. Young employees with high discipline, rapid answers / solutions to your needs results in an extrenely well service

Nice hotel good food Downside even though we booked a double bed we got 2 singles which isn’t ideal Pushing them together doesn’t make it a double bed We have found thus in lots of the hotels in Rhodes which needs to be addressed as it’s very annoying

Everything for children. a lot of attractions .sweeming pools and game machines.They are happy. Perfect stuff and service but air conditioner and doors need to repair

Nice Hotel with delicious breakfast and dinner. The bathroom is small and not comfortable.

Great stay. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The clientele at that time, not so great. Other guests were very rude.

Overall nice for family holidays with pools and beach. The staffs in the restaurants are very kind. Nevertheless, if you are a healthy and fresh food lover, be aware that the options of well-eating are limited in this hotel: -the orange juice is the worst i've ever tasted, very artificial -the hotel is along the sea but there was very little fresh sea food served -with the all inclusive package, there are only some biscuits and greasy salty cakes available at the main bar during the tea time. Nowhere to find any fruit or yaghout besides the meal time. Also, we had to pay extra to use the safe in the room and the wifi is only available around the receiption and with extra charge. Around the indoor kid's playroom, it smelt very bad, the hotel should really do something about that. We will consider returning to Faliraki for holidays but not sure will return to this hotel if they don't improve all these points.

We were disappointed from the all included, it is very poor if you compare it to turkey.the drinks offered in the bar are only local cola and juices ,not coke or Pepsi. Reg. The hotel -it is about 20 years old,no wi-fi in the room even if you want to pay.we have 4 chilfren- our children enjoyed the the water slide and the beach.the service is good and the maintenance of the hotel is good.over all we can say it was a good holiday but next year we will try to get to a more modern hotel.

It was our first stay at the lovely esperides beach hotel, which exceeded all our expectations!!! It's paradise for kids of all ages, has absolutely everything! The food is tasty and offers a large variety- different Manue every night. The pool area is very clean, specious and has many spots with shade. The beach is quite big and clean, the sea is clear and the water attractions are just nearby. The hotel offers complimentary katamaran boat. The other attractions' prices are reasonable. 2 water slides, a large pool for kids with small slide, the best mini club I've ever seen with 3 different theme rooms, a carousel and a trampoline. Also, a play room inside the hotel - with a/c. The animation team was great, wonderful show every night different agenda. The family room was comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception, special thanks to Ralia!!! Hope to be back...

Good place on the beach 11 km from old town and harbor. we arrived at 11am they do check in 11.30am it s a good thing ,Nice place in rhodes for children ,there is to much activity in the hotel .the beach is very clean and sandy , the animation team are very friendly , the food are ...average. there is water sport in the beach . the worth thin s g ,the first aid in the hotel only for decoration ,i twist my leg ,there is nothing to put it ,it s absolutely empty .

Sehr schöne Anlage, leider sind um 7 Uhr morgen fast alle Liegen besetzt obwohl niemand auf dem Platz ist. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön nur leider iat die Türe ziemlich undicht sodass man alles vom Gang hört. Essen ist gut und Abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Familienurlaub

Oke, but very old hotel. Good beach drinks and service, but very dirty room.

The property is excellent for familes with kids. Rooms are also pretty good, neat and clean.
