Everything was good. The staff was a little on the strict side. Suppose i cant fault them for that. But hotel was clean, staff were supportive, rooms were nice.

Beds were comfy. Amenities were good. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and spa especially. Hotel is starting to show its age. Cover ups of cracks and fixture holes are evident. Bathroom was very small. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Staff were friendly.

Based on their advertising I planned this trip as a surprise for my partner and believed everything had already been paid for. When we arrived, we were informed that the spa was not included and required a separate booking. Unfortunately, the spa was already fully booked. The primary reason for our visit was the spa, and only at that point did I realize it was entirely separate and unavailable. Additionally, the pool and washroom facilities were not clean, which further impacted our experience.

It was OK, it’s very annoying when you are put in an adjoining building that’s not adjoining and expected to with two little kids to go outside and back in every time you wanted to go to the pool let alone to the restaurant. Your restaurant is extremely extremely expensive ridiculously expensive. It certainly isn’t for a normal family to go to. The pool was great. The kids had a blast that looked like it was kept nice, but the hot tub looked like dirty dish water lol

Clean room

We rented a house for 8 people for 4 days. The unit was nice, convenient location but our supplies were short. I called both front desk and guest service numbers several times but no one picked up. I had to go down to the guest check in desk to asked for 2 extra blankets, trash bags and paper towels. They said someone would bring those up, we waited but nothing happened. I had to come back the next day to request for those items again. They finally brought it to my room but only 1 blanket. Then we had to ask again to remind them about the rest of the items. Everytime they come they bring little by little. Too much hassle!! We came there during our New year vacation, it's supposed to be relaxing and we don't want to waste our time dealing with those stuff. So unprofessional.

The restaurant is wonderful. Besides that, this is not a 4 star facility. 2-3 star at best. Just has an end to end run down feeling. Damaged bathrooms, mouldy baseboards show clear water damage. Temperature control in room doesn't work properly. Turned to boiling heat in the middle of the night needing us to open the balcony door in the middle of January. Overall, not worth the pricetag at all.
