We stayed one night after the cruise. Hotel is centrally located with easy access to train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My fourth or fifth stay at this hotel. Location is fantastic - close to main shopping street, lots of nice caffe's and bakeries, safe area, 5 min walk to Brignole train station. I always try to book this hotel because it has everything you need for a nice weekend stay in Genoa.

Really cool, hip area, very close to train station also. Great breakfast. Rooms were very clean, but small & sparse. Could use some shelves and/or hooks in bathroom. Great for the price though!

Close to many restaurants and shops, liked the music theme.

Small room. Clean. Decent value for the money. Area around hotel seemed safe enough, but my wife was violently pulled to the ground by her backpack 100 feet from hotel entrance at 3 pm with at least 100 people around in the street. We're not sure if it was a prank (because we were surrounded by schoolkids that had just finished for the day) or an attempted robbery, but only one 70 year old man showed any concern by helping her up. Front desk at Hotel Nologo was not at all concerned or surprised when told of this event.

Great location and lovely staff, allowed me to check in early as my room was already ready. Nice continental breakfast. The jacuzzi was broken which wasn’t that bad as it would have been too cold to use but it was something mentioned at check in that I could use. My only complaint was that the shower didn’t have a way to change the temperature and it was too hot to use.

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Very easy to get around and close enough walk to the Piazza Ferrari. The room itself was kinda random for a quadruple room i dunno how you would fit 4 people in it. The bathroom was very small too but I was alone and stayed in this room 1 night so what totally fine. Couldn’t find how to get in at first but once I did it was pretty easy to get around. Staff were super nice too!

Great stay!

Has a hostel feel but it's fine for a short stay, handy for Brignole station and only 10 mins from the main square. Breakfast was in 2 shifts and you had to choose which when you checked in.

I can't fault the location, staff and the room. But if you book 'a terrace with a jacuzzi' you expect the jacuzzi to be working, otherwise i would have booked elsewhere. I quite fancied the novelty, which i paid for, but didn’t get.

Good quality, budget friendly hotel in the heart of Genoa. 20 minutes walk from the old port and 5 minutes walk from Genoa Brignole train station. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great and the room was comfy and clean.

Only issue is the showers let a lot of water on the floor

The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming, working 24 hours. Specifically Ferroucci who has shifts at nights is so helpful and professional. Thanks for this great experience. The site is nearby good places. Clean. Single room.

Although it said that there is parking available, it wasn t available at the property, only at a few meters away and it was mandatory to leave the car keys. If you don t have parking available at your property it would've been a great heads up because i wouldn t have booked it. Also they over booked and for my colleague to not have to search for another accomodation i agreed we share the room, although no discount was offered only the option that he leaves.

Breakfast was wonderful, especially for 4.5 Euros. Room was suitable for budget hotel, quite clean and nice windows. Could have used some water glasses. Was quiet two out of three nights, but one night couple next door started screaming fight at one am and kept up loud talking until three am. Walls were thin. Was incredibly annoying.
