Friendly staff, clean rooms. This hotel is highly recommended. And the rooms are also spacious.

The check-in process is fast, the room is clean, the staff are friendly, and it is close to everywhere, such as Bangla Road.

Cleanliness 5/5. 5/5 service. Courtesy 5/5. Value for money 5/5. Location 5/5. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, everything was 100% staff is available for any request, always with a smile. The hotel manager, the reception staff, and the cleaning staff are all always pleasant, nice, and just want to help. There is a laundry service available and breakfasts for an additional fee are worth the price. Highly recommend. I would especially like to mention Che, the employee at the reception who always had a smile and took care of everything, he always explained to me what was in the hotel with patience and a smile.

Room smelt damp. Towels were dirty. Price is good but clean towels without stains is a must please!

Reasonably priced accommodation, near Seven, near entertainment venues but not loud lovely staff Good smile 👍❤️ but the only disadvantage is that there is no elevator. Everything else is good

Quiet, good, but the elevator doesn't work Carrying a big bag if on the fourth floor is very tired 😅 Overall it's good.

The owner of the hotel is a lovely westerner, very kind, good service. friendly Clean hotel near Patong beach attractions. 7-11 comfortable
