Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Bogotá! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. Great breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Friendly and accommodating staff, good food, and well located. There is noise from near by areas specially late at night or during the early morning hours and the windows are not noise protective, other than that is just a great place to stay

good choice for flash visits to Bogota

Stayed two nights at the hotel while traveling through Colombia. Parking for my rental vehicle was a nice thing to have considering the congestion is terrible. Our rooms were really clean and up to date. I just wish our AC worked. Two of the rooms we rented had inoperable AC. The front desk ended up offering us a fan but she only had 1 to give. Luckily it was not uncomfortable to sleep those two nights but it would have been nice to offer us a discount due to the inconvenience. I don’t see myself staying at this hotel in the future.
