There is no shower for showering. The toilet shower has no spray. TV remote has no function (different brand). Day 2, no one cleans and cleans.

Old and shabby hotel. The bedroom is not the same as the picture. The water is very weak and the toilets always smell. The receptionist is very impolite and always defiant. Will not and never want to return to this hotel because it will destroy the whole vacation.

It doesn't fit the picture. The photo looks clean and attractive but the original is a dirty dirty mess. Puppy seat etc. No less. There's a cockroach. AC panass is ready to check in at 6pm and 10pm at checkout

The room was dirty and dusty, the bed was dirty and we were itchy, itchy. The room is cramped and the room must go up the stairs first before there is an elevator, the receptionist was not friendly. This hotel is strategically located in Bukit Bintang but the service and cleanliness and comfort are not really recommended. Just once and will not stay here again.

Your staff is not good. I had a lot of money left, so I wanted to send my carry-on suitcase 2 weeks later in the evening and then took it and he took $ 120.

When booking a single room. Uh really bad room. The bed is like an old-fashioned model and is really hard sleeping on wood. Do you want to take a shower with the water and not turn to another room and it turns out that the other rooms are just fine, very different from mine.

I was arriving early in the hotel and the hotel is providing the check in earlier facilities if they have the room with the extra payment RM 12/hour. Their staffs are extremely friendly and informing the places for breakfast and culinary. Even they informed about the regulation of using grab. My mom loves their bed so much, the bed is very good and comfy to sleep.

The linen is dirty. hot water not working properly sometimes working. not bad for location near everywhere.

The location is very strategic, close to the pavilion, and easy to find transportation, food and shopping, CS is very friendly and helpful, although the rooms are not similar in description but overall quite good. There is a hot shower and hairdryer, the hotel environment is clean.

Strategically located, you just want to go shopping on foot, looking for easy food, going anywhere near the Bukit Bintang station.

Pros: hot water is good and there is a hair dryer lacks no toothbrush and reception is jutek and no smile or words, thank you. And I ordered a triple room but it wasn't ready and had to add 10 RM for a family room. This is a photo of the room and bathroom.

The location is very close to the pavilion and the crowd. If you are looking for something close and cheap here it is recommended. Room dimly lit. The bathroom cannot be locked. When sharing with friends less comfortable. The female staff at check-in was very rude and disrespectful. But no need to take heart.

Must be renovated because this hotel looks old. The elevator also made it difficult to go up the stairs first, so it was hard to carry a big koer. service is also lacking.

Cheap and close to everywhere, behind Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion Mall, near MRT station.
