The image on the app looks quite spacious but in reality it is not. The hotel does not have parking space. If you want to park your car, you have to go to the parking lot or you can only park it at the hotel at 11pm. It feels quite inconvenient. Overall, I am not very satisfied with my stay here.

The family room was spacious with 2 queen beds. It was alright. Nothing fantastic. The receptionists were nice & helpful. Halal restaurants were never an issue as they were located outside the hotel. However, the trip to Ho Chi Minh was amazing!

The hotel staff helped during check-in, but the problem is that the room is cleaned every 3-5 days. We got a room on the 9th floor, where there was no notification that the elevator only goes to the 8th floor. So we had to lift our own suitcases without any help or offer from the hotel staff.

I've been to Ho Chi Minh twice, always stay here, comfortable and looking for halal food, just 5 steps in front of the hotel with a variety of restaurant choices 😊😁 to Benh Tanh Market is also just a few steps, easy to find souvenirs and don't have to worry about other shopping centers n tourist attractions 💓.

The condition of the hotel quite old. The bed got a unpleasant sound, shower also broken. The toilet bowl also unsatisfying. But the location is perfect at the malaysia street. Their staff also nice and helpful. Overall, i’ll not come here again as I am not satisfy with the hotel condition.

We ordered 1 family room but upon arrival were given 2 regular rooms without charge. With 2 different floors. The strategic location of the halal food center and very close to the ben than market employees are friendly and very helpful, even they can speak Malay, it is recommended.

The hotel is comfortable despite the classic, satisfying atmosphere.

Many facilities are obsolete and functional, so please tell your friends about this hotel.

Overall ok but during check in process, the reception told me that my booking (standard room) is not available due to water probl. They changed me to superior room but asked me to top up money. Not willing to pay as it’s not my fault. Lastly they decided to upgrade the room for free. It’s not the right process to ask guest to pay for the upgrade as it’s not our fault.
