We stayed here during a trip to the island, and I will say it blew our expectations out of the water. The service was excellent, Toni especially wowed us with her absolutely lovely service and attitude. She even showed us the best place to park our motorcycles. We even recieved a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful large suite with a view of the cute amusement park across the road, the ocean, and the mountains. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high quality service and a comfortable and convenient location.

Clean and quiet with wonderful staff

I always stay at this charming, pet friendly hotel when I’m in Parksville. Great staff and awesome dining options nearby.

Last minute decision to stay in Parksville on our way home. On arrival our room was upgraded. Very pleasant surprise.,

Very friendly staff and easy parking!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was free specialty coffees and access to free mini golf across the street. Beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. We would stay there again.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the location was excellent. The parking lot was a little tight, but the staff were gracious, and made sure we had adjoining rooms. I particularly liked the larger table and comfortable 2 chairs in the room.

Affordable, clean room, great front desk staff. Went out of her way to ensure we had everything showed us around and let us know there is also unlimited mini golf offered with our stay at the place across the road!
