If you're in Langkawi, you must want to shop, so this hotel is very suitable because it's next to the Hig complex, so it's very easy to buy chocolates or souvenirs, there's also a cafe in the hotel.. the surrounding area is still easy to find food options.. only the hotel maybe a bit old so the service is a bit so-so.. but whatever, everything is ok.

Comfortable hotel near Kuah town..ready for a welcome drink..just enter the room and the hotel staff will open the aircon..for Muslims, al-Quran & telekung are provided.. In the bathroom there are some toiletries..toothbrush, shaver, comb, lotion..reasonable price but service is like 4/5 star hotel..friendly receptionist just came and smiled and greeted us..the best

I was happy to stay here during my holiday in Langkawi. The location is excellent and convenient, with easy access to many attractions such as the shopping centers, Mahsuri Monument, and Dataran Lang, making it possible to visit several places in one day. Langkawi offers many wonderful nature-based activities, and I really loved my time there. The room was very clean and smelled fresh as soon as I entered. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was simple but offered a good variety of food, and everything tasted great. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

All the best. There are only 2 that need to be fixed 1. Wifi - the most failed. The worst is even after informing the operator on duty. Still bad. If it is related to bussines, want to meet online from the room, it is a problem. Very very worst, If the rating is below one, I will be the worst really. Hope the management takes this seriously. 2. The lamp on the dressing table, not repaired. The others, all satisfactory, indeed I will recommend to my friends. God willing. HIG Hotel is the best.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel located just a quick 100-meter walk from the hig complex. The hotel 's proximity to the complex made my stay incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and professional. The overall experience was great for the price. If you're looking for an affordable place near the hig complex, this hotel is a solid choice.

Hotel HIG berada di tengah bandar kuah, sesuai untuk membeli belah kerana attach dengan kompleks HIG. Berhadapan denagn bazar, terdapat jualan, kedai makan yang sangat-sangat membantu dan selesa untuk percutian keluarga. Bilik yang bersih dan layanan memuaskan.

What happen to HIG reception staff, the staff should be customer orientated people. Should represent the hotel as sales person to sale any product that the hotel is selling, example when a guest request is not met, please explain why. Call grab car. Cannot. Room upgrade. Cannot. Any more discount dining voucher. Cannot. Extra pillow. Cannot. International perspective I could give 0. However the bellboy was very helpful.

As always the stay at HIG never disappoints. Spacious room with various facilities provided. But this time the level of cleanliness is less than satisfactory. Carpets are not vacuumed perfectly, there is dust in some places such as window frames and table lamps. Hopefully the level of cleanliness can be improved further in the future. Will stay again if coming to Langkawi.
