If you book a small room without a window, but then you get a living room with a balcony, we certainly can't accommodate you. And when booking, we also write very clearly and the pictures are very specific. Accommodation is quite good. We get a discount on room upgrades to be in a room with a balcony. Thus, you can enjoy the scenery around this hotel. The breakfast is quite good and the cleanliness of the room is also quite good. The location is very strategic, the necessary spots are around the hotel area. Such as convenience stores, small stalls and places to eat. For Muslims, near this area there is a mosque and a few choices of halal restaurants to help us when we want to eat halal. Highly recommended. 👍.

Hotel service quality is quite ok! Friendly staff, just need to call and you will be there to help. The only minus point is that the device is a bit old. I do not have to pay any extra costs for food and drink in the room provided by the hotel.

The luxury hotel is located in the center of the old town, so it is very convenient to move. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. There is nothing to complain about. The room is nice and clean, although the air conditioner is a bit old, but it is okay. Will definitely come back later
