Expensive, very basic, poor customer service. I always used to use this hotel but now I only use if no others are available as everything about the hotel has got worse over time.

Basic 3* hotel a bit isolated and not much around Hotel itself is nice enough Breakfast pretty basic

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They do have food available but mostly microwave meals or frozen pizza.... but if you get in on a Sunday and almost nothing else in town is open, it is nice to have something so conveniently located.

Fair value, clean and easy parking

My first time in an Ibis Styles and I was very pleased. Perhaps because the hotel looks as though its been built from scratch and not just 'taken over' ... I enjoyed my stay and wished it had been for longer. Everything was clean, the room was a really good size. I would defintely return.

Everything you'd expect from an Ibis Styles, clean, comfortable, efficient.

I wish all Ibis Styles followed this standard. Very modern, clean, practical and intelligent. Unfortunately, some properties use this brand and don't match up with Ibis Styles Flers. Congratulations to all, management and staff. Great job.

A stopover on our travels. We like Ibis Styles and know what to expect. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable hotel with great food and nice service. I heard a little noise in the middle of the night but not bad.

Near to where we wanted to be. Very new and stylish, very clean and friendly staff.

Definitely worth staying at....friendly with a great at,atmosphere.

Rooms are not spacious and hotel is in a side of railway line whereas main town is on otherside of railway line.

Clean Quiet, but little far from center of city.

a very pleasant 3 night stay. The hotel is very colourful and comfortable with a great shower in the rooms. The room heating seems to switch off through the night which makes for a cold sleep. The restaurants in Flers are amazing and well worth a visit. The train station is a 10 min walk and very convenient for Paris.

Excellent well trained and helpful hotel staff.

The hotel is very new and obviously designed for short stays and business travellers. Our room was large, ultra clean, and functional, but apart from the bed had very few aids to comfort. Only one plastic chair, and a plastic "hospital bed" type table. The breakfast offerings were very good, but the colour changing flashing lights were a bit out of place, and we couldn't see why they were there. Great for one night!

Je trouvais qu'il faisait froid dans la chambre. J'ai appelé la réception à 22 heures passées. Ils n'étaient pas surpris de ma demande (une habitude de ne pas avoir un chauffage adapté en plein hiver ? ). Ils m'ont proposée de me changer de chambre ou d'avoir un chauffage d'appoint. Vu l'heure j'ai demandé d'avoir le chauffage d'appoint. Je pensais pouvoir avoir une mise à disposition dans ma chambre et non sous couvert de ne pas faire de "room service", il fallait aller le chercher à la réception. Je ne souhaitais pas devoir me rhabiller à cette heure tardive pour palier à un problème de chauffage. La réceptionniste a été expéditive, aucune notion de service. La solution offerte et le comportement sont décevant.

Tout etait super, sauf la salle de fitness: le tapis de course disfonctionne et freine lorsqu'on pose les pieds en courrant (ca en est dangereux), et le velo n'etait pas reglable en hauteur. Une maintenance rendra le tout parfait !
