The room was dated and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom ceiling was mildews, with rotten water damaged plaster and even a few daddy long leg spiders in residence. The toilet leaked and a big puddle developed behind it. The view was lovely as long as you stood outside on the poorly maintained verandah or sat inside directly infront of the window. The shower water was hot providing you didn't turn on the cold tap...the bed was extremely comfortable and thats the only reason why it gets 3 stars. Disappointing and probably wouldn't stay there again..

Helpful friendly staff and our 2 rooms were recently renovated although furniture was a bit tired. Had a nice view but balconies old.Overall the property needed a major external renovation and the garden an overhaul. Overpriced for standard of property compared to others we stayed at during our 4 day road trip.

Parking ok. No shops nearby. Nice view.

Owners were lovely. Great position on outskirts of Apollo Bay , with wonderful views of the sea. Clean room .

View was great even on ground floor. Loved that the 2 beds were in separate areas of the room. Unit is older than expected but very comfortable. Only down was no dessert/cereal bowls. Travelled during fires so was pleased Hostess stayed in contact with us before we arrived re situation.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. The hotel was dirty, falling apart and had bugs, roaches to be clear. We took pictures. Very disappointing!

Better clean rooms, found bandaid in bed.

Views were great, 5 min walk into town but units were a bit old and tired. Slept like a baby in comfy bed.

It was surprising to have a good sea view on the ground floor.
