La habitación tenía todo el suelo levantado debido a las humedades del baño( ducha). Por lo demás todo muy bien.

clean room

Room was small, but fairly clean. No top sheet on bed, only slip cover for duvet. No glasses or cups provided. No screen for window so we dealt with mosquitoes at night. Needed more towels and toilet paper. Could have used another garbage bin. Only one small one in bathroom. Removing card turned all power off. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Conveniently located next to mall and bus/metro station. Good access to downtown and airport. Front desk very helpful.

Excellent breakfast but AC not working

Room was a little bit hot because the A/C doesn't start until may. But everything else was perfect. Staff are very nice

Una buena opción sobre todo si vas en transit por Barcelona pues queda cercano al aeropuerto, un Uber o taxi llegará en 10 minutos y te cobrará 20 Euros. Además, tiene un outlet mall muy cerca y una plaza comercial con supermercado que incluye también un food court justo detrás del hotel, unas buenas ventanas. Lo único que quizá necesitan es un poco más de equipamiento y decoración de la habitación porque se siente como fría.Pero en general, una muy buen opción en cuanto a calidad/precio.

Hotel clean, no airport shuttle but airport bus nearby. After multiple times speaking with staff about airport transfer options, in the middle of the night, no one mentioned that a time change (Daylight Savings) was going into effect. Resulting in chaos & mad dash to airport. You would think this would be something that you would warn guests about.

This hotel is very much isolated but it has excellent public transportations to/from both the airport and Barcelona.

Room was clean. Check in was smooth. We love your hot drinks on the lobby 24 hrs and your breakfast is excellent.

It’s nothing special, but the staff are very accommodating and very close to the airport.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived two hours early and notified the front desk that if the room was available, to let us know. I had to ask multiple times for an update, even after waiting 2 hours in the lobby, but no one cared to let us know. We finally got a family room at the end of the hallway, very dimly lit and uninviting. There was a misunderstanding about breakfast; we were not told about paying extra when we checked in, so we assumed it was free. As we left the hotel the next day for our day trip, I quickly grabbed a couple of bananas from the shelf, and the staff gave me a "weird" look and took them back because he said we had to pay. We were so embarrassed by the whole situation. The whole hotel experience was a nightmare. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Original room had holes in the curtains, toilet seat was broken, and heat/air unit didn’t work. Reported toilet seat and heat/air unit the next morning. Toilet seat was fixed right away. After two times coming to our room maintenance said the heat/air was working. When we got back to room in the afternoon, unit still wasn’t working. Reported to front desk , who said they would inform maintenance. A few hours later, still not fixed. Informed front desk who said maintenance person told them it couldn’t be fixed until next day. I informed front desk no such conversation took place. We had to move to another room!

Housekeeping was nice but overall the experience was dissatisfying
