Great staff and front desk!

The property was up off the main road and very quiet. Nice views of surrounding mountains. Rooms seemed well insulated from noise.

If you are visiting a child at Western Carolina University, this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. New and equidistant from the university and downtown Sylva. Easy access to Walmart or grocery stores if you need. Staff is always polite and the hotel is always clean.

Very nice hotel close to WESTERN U. Hot and cold breakfast. Free parking. Across from a shopping mall with Walmart. Will definitely book again.

Generally like all aspects. Mattress was too firm but most lodging places are that way and the TV was rather complicateed. Took a bit to get use to it. However, overall it was a great place. I did find it a bit pricy though.

I wasn't aware that your room cleaners did not come by everyday while we were there to refresh bath towels, wash cloths and bath mats. You guys need firmer pillows.

The facility was nice, clean, and polite staff.

The downside to the hotel is noise. There was someone jumping up and down and messing around all night somewhere on or above our floor. That seem to be common in hotels these days…

A/C was broke and the deadbolt lock was broken, when I told the front desk clerk, her response, I be sure and let someone know.

Room needs to be darker.

The dining area was open and spacious feeling. Breakfast was adequate.They took care to recognize WCU graduates with a decorated wall. The staff person that helped me was very sweet. Prefer 2 elevators to their 1. The climate control equipment in our room made an irritating sound and we had to turn it off.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Beds are very comfortable

Property is close to WCU and local restaurants. Perfect location for weekend visit to watch baseball at WCU

Nice hotel, close to WCU.

From the moment we walked in, the floors looked dirty. The lobby floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The floor in the elevator was dirty. In our room it looked like the vacuum was only ran over the main area. The edges of the floors were dirty with all kinds of stuff. We even found a pair of contacts on floor! The edges of the shower were grimy with pink stuff. Out of three lights in the bathroom, only 1 worked. Even the bedsheet on our bed was out on wrong! It was put on sideways! This place just really needs a good cleaning.

The hotel was great but the mattress thickness made it difficult to get into bed even for my 6' tall husband.
