Location is strategic, only the power outlet is a bit lose so I had to ensure repeatedly that the socket was properly plugged.

The location is great, it is on a quite road, near Xihu and Hefang food street and bus and metro stations are near as well. Facilities is good. Staffs are supportive.

The hotel is closed, not open, don't stay there.

When I went to the hotel to check-in, the receptionist told me that my booking is only for 3 hours. I was shocked considering that according to my booking details, it's for 24 hours (2 pm, check-in and 12nn - check out next day). According to the hotel, I need to pay another 100 Yuan to make my stay overnight. Since, I am very tired, I don't have any choice but to pay-up. Really bad experience. I hope Traveloka can fix the details on their website.

It is a good hotel. Room is good. Staff also is good. Near the metro station and also walking distance to West Lake.

Simple hotel near Xi Hu, took you 10 mins to reach Xi Hu. Suitable for us as we arrived late and departing to Tunxi the next day. You pay what you get.

Deck with westlake, in the vicinity of many places to eat, for the muslim who many kosher restaurants around the hotel

The carpets in our room are very smelly and the front from our room are very dark.

Some staff are so impolite and not helpful

Very close to the subway, the export through the alley on the road to the Carrefour, Wushan night market is very close. Choose a little bit earlier
