Very conveniently located hotel if you are planning to explore the Dolomites! The owner is friendly and very helpful, the food at the restaurant was excellent!!

The room was in the basement , with absolutely zero view with a dirty little area not taken care of. There was nowhere to put a suitcase or more than one. There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack…. Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.

The staff was excellent! The restaurant was very nice with good food. One gentleman spoke English extremely well and took great care of us.

A good choice, the hotel was well located with plenty of parking and a very warm welcome There were a lot of people looking after us from checking in, to eating in the restaurant through to breakfast. There was a bit of noise from guests late at night which echoed up the stairs but it didn't detract too much from a great stay during our tour

The bathroom was poorly lit and the toilet seat did not fit properly

No me ha gustado el desayuno, decía ser buffet, la primera noche no lo fue y en la segunda muy malo como buffet. Se sentían los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

Amazing views from our room and balcony and great hotel in the mountains. Includes breakfast great place to stay for your $$$!

Good location, nice terrace, step in and out shower was borderline dangerous, AC did not cool the room very well, breakfast needs work as they need to add fruit and coffee to the menu. The music in the bar at night was loud and pretty bad with a pre/recorded dance track and a singer on piano that was more like karaoke than a live musician

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was great, and the surrounding area was stunning.

Hotel and restaurant in a great location with phenomenal view onto the valley. The rooms were clean, and the owner and staff were super friendly to us. I recommend this hotel!

Find somewhere else. I have stayed in abt 15 hotels in this european trip of approx $200/night. Worst experience here. Took abt 15 mins to find someone to check in, place is cluttered to the point of hoarding, not maintained, shower needs major scrubbing, no AC and lots of flies in the room, couple hosting doesn’t speak english so no help asking questions abt the area but they do pressure you when it comes to buy from the restaurant menu without even understanding what you want, WiFi is intermittent but mostly out the whole time, tv cable/antenna also mostly out. Find somewhere else. Not worth the experience.

My stay was wonderful

They can't speak English. They aren't cooperative. They will not listen to any of your request. Inshort they are robbers in the face of hotel mafia. I suggest u all to never use this.

Great staff in quiet area. Meals were excellent. They could do enough to help the guests.
