It was terrible the room they gave me theTV didn't work no fridge, no microwave had no ice machine working!!

We could not watch tv in the room as there was no connection, WiFi did not work, the floor in the room was slimy. Screaming and yelling outside all night. I will never stay again

I asked for a non smoking room . The room i got smelled strongly of cigarettes. The floor was very wet.

Good location however room seemed to have been used prior to my check in. Tv was on and pillows stacked on bed as if someone was in the room watching television. Attendant at desk was no help with issue with tv or that the door looks to have been preyed open and would not look properly.

I work nights and I get off at 4 am. One morning I took my dogs out. This was about 6am. I had closed my door and left my key card in the room. For a little over an hour there was no one in the office and it left me locked out of the room. At 7:05 I'm in the office and the manager tells me that for about an hour there's no one here. So for an hour everyday there is no one to contact if there's an emergency.

I have been staying at your property on and off since March while assisting the Lakeland Police Department with case work. During those times, I’ve consistently requested Room 305, which I consider my usual. I got room 304, this time around. When I inquired about changing yesterday, I was told today you can switch me but upon returning today, I was informed it was no longer an option without any explanation or even a simple apology. Despite repeated issues in the past, including roach infestations and maintenance concerns, I’ve chosen to overlook them out of convenience and have even taken measures myself to address some of the problems. However, the current conditions are unacceptable. Upon being placed in Room 304, I found the following issues: • The toilet does not flush • The shower knob has detached • There is no toilet paper or towel provided • Roaches are falling from the ceiling • I was assigned a room with both a microwave and fridge, despite specifically requesting one without These are serious health and sanitation violations. I even had to go to the Lakeland Police Department to use the restroom and take a shower due to the inoperable bathroom in my room. Despite informing the front office, no one has responded or attempted to resolve the situation. As a result, I will be filing a formal health violation report. I'm blown away the Expedia even advertises this hotel under their moniker because it was horrendous.

I got in my floor was dirty my room had no tv remote the smoke detector went off at 3 a.m for no reason no ice machine in the whole property

The drain in the sink didn’t work, there were cigarette burns on the tub and the room smelled like cigarettes. The lady at the front dest was very pleasant and friendly.

The place sucked they had no fridge in the room the beds was way to close together they don’t have blankets for there beds there tv has no batteries in the remote the shower was nasty I will never stay here again
