I stayed on 22-23 June 2018. The location is great. There is a tram halt directly in front of the hotel. We could access some nice places and central station (with 1 connection) using that tram. I got a room on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator in this hotel. The room is very clean, tidy and spacious enough. It is more than what we have paid. There is a halal food store (Istambul grill) only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and obviously stay there again for the next visit.
