BEST HOTEL EVER! AWESOME SERVICE! STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WISH TO SAVE MONEY AND YOU’RE DOWN FOR A 1 HOUR COMMUTE TO ALL MAJOR PARTS OF TOKYO. Lovely city, lovely view. Located in a Smart city with nearly instant access to food and other conveniences. Hope to come back! Very welcoming and polite staff! The receptionist I checked in and checked out with was very pretty and cute. I liked her a lot. Charming one! Thank you so much for having me. Hope to come back in the future with better Japanese speaking skills.

Nice, clean and good location

Using Netflix and Amazon prime was bit confusing for a tourist from other countries and the staff was not able to help us.

It was nice, but a little upgrade would be a nice touch.

Close to trains and buses, coffee shops. Lalaport Shopping Centre is across the street and their food court is high quality yum. Usable balconies for fresh air. The buffet is good. It is the same everyday.

I did reserve smoking room by mistake. Hotels.com must highlight "smoking room" on reservation page to avoid any mistake.

Liked the location convenient for most everything but only access to the NRT airport is not. The moderate queen br is good for upto say 24" suitcase, you will find difficulty with larger suitcase. There is no drawer or compartments to store your clothes...only tiny hanger space.

It was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were friendly.

A huge shopping center is just in front of the hotel. Really convenient. Room is small, no desk chair.(Stayed double room). Hot springs bath tub is good. No parking,

hotel is clean and new. Can be better if the breakfast selection can improve.

The lobby area was really nicely decorated, the room itself was very basic, and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very clean inside, service was good, room service options were limited and food at the restaurant was super expensive. Good location though, right next to a mall, so loads of restaurant options there.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station. There was a mall across the hotel.

I used this hotel for one night after work. The hotel is new and is well maintained. The ambience is also good. It was build as part of the new town development project. So, it is close to the station, shops, and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. It's furniture is modern. Overall, this is a good hotel.

Second time staying here while visiting my BF's family. Conveniently located close to the subway station & big shopping mall, which has quite a number of restaurants to choose. very clean facilities & rooms. The onsen on 4th(?) floor is a really nice perk! would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kashiwa no ha.
