Very clean, nice and convenient.Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were out of this world. They said we could order some through their concierge. Will definetly stay here again.

Water was not hot

Hot tub was nice and stayed open late which was a lifesaver. Breakfast good but maybe try different sausage. Loved the soap dispensers pillows and how quiet the hotel was even though I think it was busy.

The accessible room was so nice! Very large with plenty of room for my scooter, and a long desk/table for my family to eat at and use together. I especially loved that there was a shower chair provided, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps on the wall, and a handheld showerhead in addition to the main one, to make it much easier for me to be able to shower. Honestly, it was easier than at my own home!

Staff was friendly and very helping in all respects. I enjoyed our stay.

Not our first time here. Good breakfasts, good A/C and mattress/pillows comfortable. Pool as nice as well as spa.

The property was close to my family and made it easy to attend the family get togethers.***** The breakfasts used to be excellent. Now it is just basic scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. * They used to serve omlettes and bacon with sliced fruit.

I loved everything, the only thing that you all might wanna do more often is, to made soak you shower heads in vinegar more often to unclog them.

It was great

The bathroom door looked like it had a form of leprosy. The bathroom sink looked and smelled like someone peed in it. All of that was managable but we woke up in the bed this morning with someone's hair pins in the bed??? We didn't wear nor did we bring any hairpins this trip.

Highly recommend! The hotel interior is beautiful and clean. Rooms were super nice The breakfast was great and staff was really attentive. I give it a 5 star ⭐️
