The receptionists are all friendly, quite close to Kyoto station.

Average room with good tatami. But little cold about the room. You must set a heater stronger. Very clean

I came early in the morning, even though check-in was still long. I was allowed to enter, use the toilet and warm myself inside, and even put luggage in the baggage area. Incidentally, that morning someone had already checked out. I was allowed to enter right away if interested, but of course the bed had not been cleaned. English speaking and friendly reception. When I checked out in the morning, I was allowed to put my luggage before leaving Kyoto. Cool Only, the next room just came in around 9 pm and noisy. maybe it felt like home, his voice was heard clearly into the next room. They also wake up early in the morning which makes others wake up too. It is just a matter of consideration of each visitor. Fortunately, the visitors were relaxed, so they didn't complain directly to them.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever visited. Only 7 minutes away from Kyoto bus & train station, it is very easy to go everywhere you want. I stayed in the private room for 2 people with private toilet & bathroom and the room is really clean. The girl receptionist is really cheerful & polite & helpful. Super comfy atmosphere in the common room. Even my parents like their room really much and said it will be lovely to stay there again the next time we visit Kyoto. Super affordable too, so make sure to sray here guys!

The location is near the Kyoto station, the rooms are clean, the receptionist is friendly.

Close to Kyoto Station, very comfortable, friendly receptionist, it's just that you need to wait a few minutes for the water in the bathroom to warm, but no problem, it's a pleasant stay.

A suitable hostel, close to Kyoto Station, many tourist areas, easy to find food. the place is comfortable. we stay with 2 adults, 1 child aged 10, and 1 child aged 3 years.

I haven't had the chance to take photos of our room but it was very pleasant and clean. We would come back here again. 😊

Near Kyoto station, room was wonderful, front office staff are helpful, we can check in early in the morning, thank you Hana Hostel.
