Loved the hotel. The location was a bit further from where we ideally wanted to be but the staff were great, service was good and overall an excellent experience.

Although the breakfasts were nice the meals in the restaurant in the evenings were not so good. On our second night we had braised cod. The fish was grey not filleted and hard. We left most of it as it tasted fowl.

Great place for Thai small town :) come any day but Sunday I’d you want to have taxi or Uber access :)

Nice area, typical portuguese village. Quiet hotel, good food. Hotel shows some marks of overdue maintenance. We had a suite, the ashtray on the balcony was full of left cigarettes

The best thing about this hotel is the young staff working here. They were very helpful, and made sure things ran smoothly. Our drain in the bathtub broke, and we were able to get help right away. They also made sure that we had gluten- and lactose-free options for breakfast. The kids loved spending time in the pool, so a big plus! The suite was very large and spacious, with two bathrooms. The rooms also had a pillow menu to choose from, which was very nice. The bed is on the firm side, which is what we prefer. Very good place to relax and sit on the balcony with a drink in your hand.

A gem of a hotel hidden away in a beautiful location and the staff are super friendly

Lovely hotel in a great spot in the middle of the Portuguese mountains. Restaurant on site does a lovely dinner. Suites are amazing, with multiple rooms and a fire in some!

The hotel is an extremely unexpected but delightful boutique modernist palace on the fringe of a sleepy Portuguese mountain town. Everything about the hotel is good, but the customer service and attentiveness is quite exceptional. A fantastic place!

5STAR HOTEL

Almost all was perfect with exception of the clieness of the room. Under the bed was a biscuit there which stayed there for the remaining of our stay also there was some cob web in the light near the ceeling. Other then that perfect. We stayed in room 107. Nice balconies there too.

A good modern hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Well fitted out with all conveniences. Good location in picturesque countryside. Staff were multi lingual, helpful and friendly. In house dinner was good. Cold buffet breakfast was fine. Would have stayed longer if I' d had the time.

Excelente hotel com boa infraestrutura: restaurante espetacular, boas instalações com quarto grande, hom chuveiro , enfim, condicoes excelentes. Recomendo com louvor.

Relativamente ao pequeno almoço deveria haver mais variadade de comida ao servir o pequeno almoço… Serviço simples, boa limpeza e pessoal simpatico…

Localizado numa zona sossegada, o Hotel possui optimos quartos, camas confortaveis, pessoal bastante simpatico, O pequeno almoço é modesto mas tem o essencial. A hortinha biologica é espectacular. Não é a primeira vez que frequento o Hotel e espero regressar em breve.

Excelentes condições dentro do quarto, suíte, muito bom mesmo, aconselho. O único ponto menos bom da estadia foi a qualidade da comida e serviço de restaurante que estava incluído na tarifa: pouca escolha nos pratos disponíveis e qualidade de confecção abaixo da média. O serviço, embora com staff extremamente simpático e acolhedor, precisa de melhorias a nível de profissionalismo. No geral, serviu o propósito, contudo está longe de atingir o potencial de que dispõe.
