The hotel forms a shop, small and quite old, the bed is hard, 3 nights stay the night to 1 one of the rooms is not cold AC (room 302) has been checked by the staff but not repaired until the third night I complained, then the boss came and still not replaced, finally given a portable air conditioner, clean, spacious bathroom, quite location, nice, near the street food market that is cheap and tasty, suitable for backpackers.

The place is clean, the service is also friendly, the room is neat there is hairdry too, only there is no national water service. The room is spacious enough with a fridge with drinks (buy if you want to drink) and TV too, bathroom amenities are also complete, Strategic place close to the center of the crowd, only the mattress is not soft and the pillows are too, but overall good.

Honestly, this hotel is better than a other hotel in the category of budget hotel. The following are positives reviews:- 1. Walking distance about 150m to banzaan market and 160m to jungcyleon mall / big c supermarket. 2. 2 store of 7-11 and fair mart nearby nearby the hotel. 3. Spacious room compared with others 4. Strong water pressure for shower. 5. Clean room. Stuff that need to be improved. 1. 2 times experience of lift idle position from level 2 to level 1 about 2-4 mins where you need to press the bell then the reception staff will by-pass the switch door. 2. Room face main entrance hotel is noisy during night until early night where the management can improve the noise insulation. Overall the hotel is acceptable based on the price and service.
