Very but experienced roaches everywhere no microwave no refrigerator tv not working room (122) drinking outside of room smoking 2 am we couldn’t sleep n I cannot turn the light off because cockroaches will come out i told my husband lest go I left the hotel at 2am 😡

I’ve traveled for work for 8 years and that’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed in

Disgusting. Room 123 Infested with roaches, Woke up to them climbing on us in bed, bathrooms is lined with them in the cracks, Roaches just on the chairs an in every corner of the place. I woke up to them swarming around the room. We left at 3am because of how disgusting it was, also told the front office lady a she could care less an just waved us off. I will be calling the health board! I took several dozen videos of them just crawling around everywhere.

I think ya need replacing Bath towels too small

Probably the most worst hotel i have ever seen in my life Less lights Less power socket Unable to connect my laptop with TV Stayed 6nights they only clean the room once Key has problem everyday i need to update from front desk AC/heater makes noise Mattress is not fixed on bed it moves Slowest Wi-Fi If you have options to go somewhere else please do so.

I can honestly say this was the worst place I’ve ever checked into. Very sketchy area and people hanging around. The room was a joke. Lots of issues. Didn’t feel safe so we checked right out and found other accommodations for the night. Makes me rethink Hotels.com as this was below what I would consider to be acceptable at a bare minimum.

Bobby at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom was dirty. My room was only about 50 yards from the 99 freeway, and it was loud.

The lights at the head of the bed were not operative. Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was to a nauseating degree. The floor was dirty and there were cigarette burns in the sheets on the bed. Lastly there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was nice and did refund our money.

I book the room til today but the office kicked me out yesterday after an incident happened Tuesday' night when someone followed me to my room i have told that person to leave and she left and broke the window and blamed me i ask them to call the manager cos she witnessed everything

Bathroom only had 1 shower towel

The room smell like cigar, after we said we wanted a smoke free room. Not enough towels and when asked they only provided us w only one because they did not had enough.

It was alright

Couldn't sleep roaches all over the room i have complained nothing seem to happen
