The staff was excellent, especially Lila, Thais and the gentleman who brought my bags to the room but I did not catch his name. Very friendly and accommodating. They went the extra mile to assist me with my plans.

Great location, near a wonderful shopping mall and great restaurants. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great location and amenities. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in Belo Horizonte. The proximity of Patio Shopping and other great stores and bars is a plus too. The only down point I would like to mention is the key system and the internet. I had to re-key several times during my stay and I had to ask the staff to reconnect my WiFi which can be annoying when you are working and relying on it.

The staff was great, but the key system and staff he internet were a pain! We had to go to the reception desk all the time to rekey or to ask access to the internet / WiFi. Other than that, everything went well

Check in was excellent! Room good a spacious. 8 o'clock in the morning drilling above my head, not pleasant at all!!

Foi tudo muinto bom. Ou pessoal me trato com respeito e carinho. Ou hotel fica em Savasse que esta cheio de restaurantes, lojas e recursos pra cualquer pessoa que esta visitando o belo capital de Minas. Ou Hotel e bonito e tem tudo que uma pessoa precisa pra pasar um tempo gostoso em BH.

The room was so comfortable with a nice view. I loved the fitness room and breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely book future stays at the Radisson!
