I didn’t stay at the hotel—I preferred to lose the money because the mildew smell was overwhelming, and I didn’t feel safe in that room.

I had the worst experience, the bathroom did not have a door, the bed was dirty

The ac is very dirty. All the hotel has mild. I have asthma and immediately started getting allergies and an asthma attack. Left immediately and need to be reimbursed since I left 5 min after check-in on. All the way walking up to the room had poop animal everywhere. At check-in you can see it has not been clean for a long time. Awful awful hotel.

The room was terrible! There were no blankets on the beds, roaches and mosquitoes! The bathroom had no door handles and my husband was stuck inside for forty five minutes before he punched a hole into it and was able to finally escape. They switched the room and the light over the sink could not be turned off, roaches crawling everywhere and the curtains were falling apart on the windows. It also had a terrible smell that I had to spray air freshener! Had I not reserved it and was afraid of losing my money I would have went elsewhere! Never again!

Where do I begin? Housekeeping never showed up. I had to wash my own towels and bedding. The toilet was loose. The floor under the tub was rotted out I felt like I was gonna go through the floor. The shower stall was poorly painted. Who paints a shower? I went thru 2 cans of raid to kill the “palmetto bugs” ( cockroaches). No coffe maker, fridge, or microwave. Staff had an attitude problem and charged me for an extra night when I already paid the full reservation. I was there for a month for work, terrible experience. Ice machines were always broken and moldy. Vending machines were broken. Place was garbage.

Pictures put up on site were not even close to what we had the rooms need maintenance done on them .. we changed rooms and bath tub was peeling .. I didnt feel safe to let me daughter make use of it .. so strictly just shower and get out … I had two days in a row that i had to go to front desk and ask for clean/fresh towels and the response was “we dont have right now”

The only thing I can say about the motel is that it is very close to where I work at

My room floor was dirty. Bed sheets look like not changed from previous visitor. Bathroom not cleaned properly. USB charger not working so my phone stayed dead. The couch in corner need to be reupholstered. No ice in ice box. Vending machine does not accept cards so could not get a bottle of water and I was very thirsty. I did not sleep all night due to room being unsanitary. Thank heavens my stayed was only for one night.

Room was outdated, no bathroom door, bad reception with the cable

The staff was polite and professional. The paper notice not to smoke WEED around the property was good. Also like how they have been clean

Staff and front desk ladyvwas amazing but the room smelt like cigarette smoke, tub was stained with ink pen and burnt marks all over from cigarettes. No towels, one pillow for 2 people no microwave no fridge faucet was broken and came off when tried to use it burnt holes and in blankets. The phone was used as an ashteay

I had to buy my own pillows and towels. I had to wash my own bedding. House keeping was available but in the month I stayed here I never saw anyone even make an attempt. Toilet was wobbly since day one and was already clogged when I checked in. Little gnats everywhere with the occasional “palmetto bug”. No fridge which didn’t work well cuz I have to keep my insulin chilled. No microwave.
