Super cute and quaint hotel. Close to downtown, within walking distance. Very comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay there again

The staff were great, and super friendly. The room was very modern with great amenities. Location was great, and parking was a great perk.

Loved that we were located in the Downtown District, many great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

travelling from Vancouver to PEI for the first time staying here was perfect, staff greeted us with a smile and were super helpful when we asked about things and sites we should see and do. Location was great only a few blocks from Queens St and then you were at the water. Place was clean and perfect, would highly recommend anyone travelling to PEI to stay here... thank you for making everything so enjoyable

I was in Charlottetown for work, unfortunately, the wifi provided in the property was way too slow for me to accomplish the tasks I had to do!

The Dundee Arms is a beautiful building and the rooms were very generous in size! The rooms were clean. It was in a convenient location and made getting out for sightseeing easy. Our room faced the back of the building and while quiet most of the time, the building across the parking lot gets early morning deliveries so we were woken up each day by the 0400-0500ish delivery times. We did have our window open which wouldn't help the noise but we needed them open as it was warm in the room. The staff were mainly friendly but when we checked in the first night we were caught off guard. We asked the desk team member if there were any good restaurants around and she simply responded "I haven't eaten at any of the restaurants". I understand that it may be the case, but working in hospitality you should be prepared to help the guests a little bit. Other staff were all friendly and always said hello.

Good location, dated property, lots of stairs with no elevator, not great value for money,however the staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We booked the excutive suite which was great. the bed was comfy, room was spotless, the building was charming and quiet. Very walkable to the downtown area and waterfront. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Dundee Arms for eight nights; as it is an older property we were prepared for it being less than modern; at the same time, the beds were very comfortable, the room was dark at night to help with sleep, it was for the most part quiet and the staff very accomodating plus they had free parking, a great shower and a large mini-fridge. Unfortunately, their continental breakfast is only from 7:30 to 9:30 am and we were never up that early. A great place nearby for breakfast was Casa Mia where they make their own sourdough bread and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

No restaurant, we wished it would have been opened. It is a unique building.

Beds were very comfortable

Older property but rooms have been redone and were clean. They offer coffee/tea for breakfast and you can sit in a nice dining room to enjoy that. Very helpful and friendly staff.
