Our stay was great. The hotel is super central and the room was lovely.

Excellent hotel and staff. Great service and food.

Very comfortable king-size bed, pillows, and linens. Roll top bath and shower in a huge bathroom. Great toiletries and other amenities such as bottles of spring water. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. Everything was perfect and everyone was friendly. Even my nine year old was raving about it!

Smooth check in. Excellent stylish room. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, well-run hotel. Trendy bedrooms. My only complaint would be that the alleyway needs a good clean.

We stayed in Hotel du Vin for one night celebrating my birthday. We couldn’t have chosen a nicer hotel - we were so well looked after. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient, the amenities are great - everything you’d expect from Hotel du Vin. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location, very spacious bedroom. The bathroom of our Deluxe room was amazing (bath and shower). Nicely decorated, lots of charm to stay in this historic building. Beautiful breakfast room. The breakfast suited our needs but some could miss the cold cuts.

Live staying at this hotel, I sleep so well!

We stayed for four nights, our first time in Bristol. The hotel was a choice we would happily make again. The location was very good, being central and easily accessed (we travelled there by train; I imagine a car would be an encumbrance. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful. We ate one evening meal in the hotel bistro, which was good and reasonably priced. Our breakfasts were excellent - especially to be commended was that they were able to provide very good choice and care for the one of us who has Coeliac disease.

The accommodation was excellent. However, staff were not welcoming or helpful. In fact they did not look up from the desk except during check in.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly location for a night out in Bristol town centre. Wonderful room and the roll top bath was very decadent!

Everything was lovely. It was very noisy outside from 5am so the windows weren’t overly effective.
