The hotel was excellent and so was the restaurant. However, we were extremely disappointed at the cost of a swim. We had envisaged making use of the pool morning and evening on both days. An additional cost of £80 to do this seeed exorbitant. Especially as other hotels we have stayed in are included. Similarly the parking fee which although collected by a parking company goes to the hotel. Parking should be free. We would not recommend the titanic to any of our family, friends or colleagues for this reason. Shirley higgins

Spotless and welcoming. On-site parking with chargers for electric cars. Have stayed twice, now, and it is our go-to Liverpool hotel.

Positives-The Titanic is in a beautiful old brick building, situated right next to the water, so it's in a very scenic location. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant and bar downstairs were great, especially the few meals I had which were excellent. They have a beautiful spa on the lower level of the building. The Negative-On my day of check-in, I mentioned to the staff that my room's Air Conditioning was not working. They then sent an engineer to have a look at it, who then told me it was fixed. It was not and as such, I got no sleep in a stiflingly hot room with no window to open. Next morning I mentioned this again and a manager said that he would get an engineer to fix it and when I returned later that evening, to my surprise, I found only a small desk fan that had been left in my room. Once again, the Air Con was not working and I got no sleep. I complained on my final day, speaking to another manager who said that they would fix it or find me an alternate room. I came back to my room later on in the day and found that once again, the Air Con was not working with no room change. As I checked out on the final day, the receptionist said that there had been a miscommunication and that management should have changed my room but didn't. I was flabbergasted that no one had called my room or knocked on the door to inform me. To have three nights in this hotel with no sleep, no apology from management and to have to pay full price is unacceptable.

Lovely hotel, all you need for a luxurious stay. Couple of electrical malfunctions in room, bit inconvenient but otherwise great.

Great hotel, exceptionally clean, great breakfast, great service and friendly staff. Regeneration is badly needed around the hotel but great use of an old building - I will return

Third time staying at the Titanic and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are such a good size, very spacious! The spa was lovely and not too overcrowded. Perfect.

Stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. Staff were lovely. Hotel is great. Booked in for Sunday lunch, had to wait 45 minutes for our table. Shown to our seats had to ask a member of staff to clean chair as there was food on it. But no big deal (think they were short staffed on the day). I know most places add service charge now but it didn’t seem right that we went the bar for a drink and service charge was added to our bill (you can’t serve yourself after all). But great stay and would book again.

The Titanic Hotel staffs are an asset to it. They were amiable and attended promptly to my needs. The room at the hotel was spacious and in good condition. The Spa facilities was also very good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Titanic and will recommend it.

Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was absolutely massive! Food in restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the hotel is further out of town than you think. Took us about 20-25 minutes to walk from hotel to Albert Dock.
