The hotel itself is lovely, very modern, impeccably clean. W loved the little private beach as the sea was a perfect temperature! The only negative is every day between 12-3pm a DJ plays banging “Ibiza tunes” and you cant get away from it. It is such a strange vibe as most people there when we were there were of an older generation and every time he started up there were groans from everyone around us!! You couldn’t escape the sound- we could hear it on the beach! We were half board and food was decent, not amazing. There was always a good choice of fish, meat and vegetables but it wasn’t a high standard. The main thing that would not make us return was the area that it is in. Its not exactly great, with very little to see or do. You couldn’t walk from the hotel either as its on the main road so in order to go for a walk after a meal we had to drive to the local village Ierapetra which was OK but not very quaint. So overall a good enough hotel but not in the best area and a bit silly with the banging tunes after lunch!

Didn’t look as stunning as the beautiful images online (bravo to marketing) the hotel itself is nice, but on arrival I didn’t have a room and got moved. The atmosphere was dry. Full of German and Russians. None of the restaurants or cafes were open, we had to eat a buffet meal twice a day (not terrible food, but it wasn’t Greek, it was catering for German and Russian palette) you get charged for coffee pods in your room lol (only hotel I’ve ever stayed and been charged 1.5euro for a coffee or tea bag) The Germans took all the loungers (towels out at 7am) so I’m just grateful I was with my best friend and we laughed our way through it. If you want a holiday where nobody speaks or makes eye contact and is in bed by 9pm this is perfec

The staff at the Numoierapetra were amazing - helpful, friendly and so keen to make our stay as good as it could be. The rooms were clean, the beds and showers great, and the main pool area with the bar had a great vibe! Our group really enjoyed the excellent morning yoga at 8am with a really good teacher - a great way to start the day! The food in the main buffet restaurant was much better than we expected, with an excellent variety of choices that changed every day. It was a la carte quality rather than 'hotel buffet' standard. And the location of the main restaurant was lovely, overlooking the sea. Perfect for breakfast and also sunset. The spa treatments were great and the spa therapists lovely, just like the rest of the staff. The location of the restaurant means that there is not a lot that you can walk to, but with such a lovely resort you do not really need to leave it!

This is an excellent resort for a relaxing break with excellent staff, gym facilities and excellent daily yoga class. The spa treatments were great and all rooms of a high standard. Although the Half Board option is a buffet the food was amazing and we would recommend this hotel :)

We stayed at Numo for my partners 30th birthday last week and could not fault it! The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make your stay incredible with genuine kindness.. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The pools, the beach, the restaurants. We went on some lovely day trips from the hotel with advice from the staff. Such a special place, will go back.

A wonderful fantastic beautiful place. Such amazing staff. Friendly and accommodating. Quiet and relaxed. Great vegan options and if you mention in advance they will do more to help. Can’t rate highly enough.

Good hotel, could be great but service lets it down. From waiting to be seated to being served…getting restaurant staff attention was very frustrating. Staff literally avoid eye contact or defer to someone else when you do make contact & then you are waiting again! We found it really strange as it was the majority of staff (with a couple of exceptions.. Manos always reliable & pleasant). It is shame as it is a nice hotel, with good amenities and lovely setting but I wouldn’t return due to the poor service. At this standard of hotel it should be exceptional!

Fantastic staff, great service in all areas of the hotel. Wonderful breakfast options. Could make more of the beach and pool facilities, which have great location but spoiled by assuming guests need music and a DJ from midday to create 'ambience'. In the evening only would be better,

Fabulous new hotel in southern Crete. Lovely beach. We will definatly go back again. The grounds and sunloungers were lovely and luxurious and our room was very comfortable. The only down side was the resturant for dinner, we didnt really like the chioces.

Firstly I want to say that we love to travel but very seldom leave reviews. We aren’t tremendously fussy but we spent 10 days here and felt we must share our experience. The 1st thing to note is that the two swimming pools are freezing, almost no one used them the whole time we were there. The med (which was by no means warm) felt like a hot tub by comparison. The 2nd is that the rooms are already falling apart. Ours had plaster spread across the ceiling and above the toilet from a bodge fix as well as a dressing gown hanger that was falling off the wall with screws protruding out. Additionally the door didn’t close properly and during the windy nights kept us up for hours until we figured out that we could stuff tissue paper between the gap to stop the constant thudding. There is no casting on the TV and the screen mirroring did not function on iPhone (12) and there was no access to Netflix or any other streaming platform. The cost of the food and drink was also extremely high. 4 euros for a bottle of water is criminal in 28 C heat and the price of an aperol spritz went from 8 euros to 10 midway through our stay. When we asked why, the waiters said they did not know and that they thought it was odd also. The food was also strangely inconsistent. Identical meals were twice unrecognisable the second time we ordered them (the sepia dish especially), again when we politely asked why no explanation was given. Lastly they were fixing the drains near our room, it stank.

Amazing suites, wonderful location on the beach, extremely friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is just open and maybe still working some things out but if something is wrong they will make it right 10x over and make sure you’re happy! Highly recommend, would stay here again!

The location is nice and the the hotel is new, with a beautiful design and a lot of potential, but it definitely needs improvements. The facility and the personnel are not completely organized and prepared to manage a partially or fully booked resort. The parking inside the resort is limited to a small number of cars and most of the days is full. Customers that don’t find a spot inside need to park outside the property, which is quite disappointing. The management is aware of the parking issue and they keep apologizing about it, but they should have thought about it when they developed the resort! Similarly to the parking issue, the beach has the same problem. The resort has direct access to the beach, but there are not enough umbrellas/beds matching with the number of customers in the facility. Sometimes beds are all taken and you can’t stay at the beach and need to move to the pool. The pool by the beach is usually full of people too, so you may not be able to find a spot there either. The breakfast is the other dark side of the resort, they serve it from 7:30 to 10:30, but if you arrive at 9:00, several food options are gone already and they don’t replace them. People going to breakfast at 10:00, are left with leftovers and way less options than early birds. In a resort of this category, all customers should have all the food options available during the entire time breakfast is served.
