Great place to spend just a weekend; it is tranquil and safe. Services could be better. I can't understand how the restaurant and the bar are opposite the pool area. It doesn't make ant sense.

We arrived and checked in. I was led to believe by Expedia that the hotel was in/near Tequisquiapan, however it was nearly 1/2 hr away. It was beside a busy highway and across the street from a mall, not the quiet resort I expected. There was a large wedding going on and the 12 piece mariachi band played in front of our window. Music from the wedding reception room played. The staff were cordial but unsympathetic. We checked out less than 1/2 hr later and no refund was offered.

Staff is very nice. Quiet and very peaceful. Very clean and nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Hermoso lugar y la comida deliciosa, sin embargo al llegar e irnos únicamente había una sola persona en recepción y el tiempo de espera se me hizo demasiado. Creo que eso opaca un poco lo bonito de la experiencia y se solucionaría muy fácil poniendo a otra persona en recepción (o incluso si hay, no están al pendiebte)

The only issue was the rudeness was from the person at the reception desk. He provided nothing in regards to hotel information (wifi, location of things etc) and was very unwelcoming. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, and the pool area was under construction but still useable.

Nos asignaron primero una habitación que no tenía TV, se solicitó el cambio y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, sábado 8 am de la mañana estaban trabajando personal del mismo hotel frente a la habitación del lado del jardín con un taladro, el ruido nos despertó … Por último en la habitación en el baño teníamos una lagartija que tuvimos que hablar que nos ayudaran a sacarla para no hacerle daño. Ya nos habíamos hospedado en este hotel y todo bien, ahora si nos tocaron varios detalles y la experiencia cambió de buena, a mala !!

El hotel en general es hermoso, la atención excelente, te hacen sentir en casa o como si fueras el único huésped Solucionan todo lo que pides El desayuno bufete muy completo y muy rico, y la comida a la carta también muy rica Hay mucho espacio para disfrutar y sé que había más huéspedes pero daba la sensación que teníamos el espacio para nosotros

TODO ESTA PERFECTO, MENOS DEMACIADO RUIDO EN LA MAÑANA DESDE LAS SEIS EMPIEZAN A TRABAJAR Y HACEN DEMACIADO RUIDO

Todo excelente, es un Hotel Tranquilo, Limpio y Todo el Personal en General es muy Atento y Amable Especial para descansar y disfrutar un hermoso lugar, la comida muy rica
