Staff were friendly. The simple room was clean and sufficient for a quick stay for an early morning flight. Though it was a non-smoking room, folks were smoking in at least one of the rooms on my floor and that adversely affected my experience.

Friendly management. Value stay. Much cleaner than most budget-friendly motels.

Rooms where dated first roomed we where offered was terrible dust stains on the walls easily cleaned simply not done upon requesting a cleaner room where give a similar room just that had been cleaned was nothing to write home about the morning off are check out we found the water had been turned off

My only request would be to have bigger towels for after shower I'm six feet tall.

Room was immaculate everything was perfect except you need to fix the exit door by room 212, it was maddening it is so loud.... otherwise the room was beautiful and you can tell it has been updated and refreshed. But please fix that door :)

Hotels .com is the worst place ever

i appreciated the staff helping me with a wake up call. The motel was perfect for me as i only needed a place to sleep. i dont need all the extra amenities. The bonus was i could park right in front of my room. As it was on the main floor. Very clean, staff were wonderful.The location was perfect.

Not very clean and kinda sketchy

C’est un hôtel juste pour aller s’amuser et fumer de produits illégaux. La clientèle non désirée sont très présentes. Des fois tu peux te sentir en danger. Son emplacement est superbe. D’avoir su, j’investis plus d’argent pour quelque chose de mieux

Room issues with tv had to switch rooms

There was no mention of $100-$200 deposit on the room which was frustrating. The front desk staff were polite. This hotel is used by low income housing recipients on vouchers and there were personal effects outside of realms such as an abandoned roller bag Near my room. The floors have not been swept or wiped as there was a lot of dust under foot. There were thick cobweb and dust bunnies on the lamp fixtures and a lightbulb needed to be replaced in one of the lights. Some dust was on the outer bed cover. Despite that I had a good nights sleep as it was quiet The water was hot and it was sanitary in the bathroom. It was a convenience day from downtown Toronto at a decent price, but I would’ve liked it to be less money for how dirty it was.
