Staff are always happy to help and most speak English, always a bonus when you don’t speak Chinese.

Hotel staff is super kind and accommodated, they treat their guests like family, room service is fantastic, breakfast is the best we ever had! Will definitely book again in the future.

Great Hotel

Very friendly hotel with good hospitality. reasonably clean and reasonably priced. enjoyed staying for two nights of business trip.

Hotel might be OK for people visiting the Congress-Center. Otherwise I recommend to book another hotel. During my stay only very few guests, restaurant and bar in the hotel closed in the evening, no restaurant or shop in the surrounding. Just stayed for one night and moved then into another hotel in the City centre.
