Convenient for short stays

Good hotel with excellent breakfast

There’s no laundry room as advertised.there’s a kitchen but only if you pay extra fee of $70.00 to use it! Very noisy! Plus, there’s no restaurant as advertised.

The staff and personnel were great. Friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel has some age to it and the surroundings is not a newer part of the city. I had no issues but I didn’t walk anywhere either.

Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Spoke perfect English and helped us check in early because our flight arrived at 7:30am. So so happy!!

Michel was not polite and was not able to help me out with a late check out.

Apartamento muito espaçoso, bom custo beneficio

Having just checked out another hotel due to problems with the wifi internet that I needed for work. I arrived at the Park Tower and clearly told them that I has just checked out of another hotel because of poor connectivity. I was assured I would have no problem. It didn't take long to confirm my fears. Hotel staff brought a modem to my room and I tried to work through that, but the problem persisted. I also tried connecting directly through a data cable and the problem was the same. The hotel is quite dated and is located in the centre of town, which is quite unsafe and has very few decent restaurants in the area after dark.

Overall I think this is a great hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We chose the hotel based on the high rating (4.4) on hotels.com, pool and fitness. But it was disappointing.

A estadia foi razoável, e os funcionários foram gentis e atenciosos, principalmente o pessoal que trabalha na cozinha, só nao gostei de ter que pagar para usar o cozinha do apartamento, nao paguei, por achar um absurdo.
