had to pay an unexpected $25 fee and tried to do the contactless check in yet still had to check in at front desk.

refrigerator didn't work in rooms.

The only thing that marred our stay was a noisy party in the parking lot until 2AM. Otherwise , the stay was perfect.

Clean hotel serviced by very friendly staff. The room was spotless and the food for the breakfast buffet was good. The highlight was the excellent strong coffee. Most hotels have a weak brew but here, we were drinking the real thing! One of the best stays we have had!! Keep up the good work

The condition of the room was terrible - the furniture was ripped up and in very bad condition. They had advertised as “remodeled” but when we said something to the front desk they told us they hadn’t gotten to ours yet. We feel we should get part of our money refunded as we would have stayed elsewhere had we known the terrible condition of the room. The office chair that was important to us was a hazard to sit in and the stuffing was coming out as was the case of another piece of furniture there. We took photos of some of the furniture.

The AC/Heater unit was loud. For someone that's not a heavy sleeper.

I truly enjoyed my stay.

I like the hotel very nice and clean the room was perfect for me and my husband,The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is so good.
