The hotel offers plenty of facilities, so even when a large number of rooms are occupied, it never feels crowded. They made sure to provide something for everyone’s taste. Although it’s an all-inclusive concept, they’ve ensured there are several bars, quick service, and no waiting in lines. The food is good for this type of hotel, and the variety is also excellent. A big compliment goes to the staff — they are efficient and not intrusive. Also, praise to the vendors offering additional services such as spa programs, excursions, etc., who are polite, respectful, straightforward, and kind. This is my fifth visit to Egypt, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the changes in the hosts’ attitude. I had a small issue with the air conditioning, which was resolved immediately. The rooms are large and spacious, with balconies. Towels are changed daily, and water, coffee, and tea are replenished. Swimming at the beach is from a pier that has sunbeds and umbrellas. There are several pools — all clean, with comfortable sunbeds and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to families (it has an Aqua Park, amusement park, etc.), yet it remains peaceful without noise and shouting. I’d also recommend it to those seeking a relaxing vacation, as the resort is large and offers something for every preference. Thank you, El Karma, for the vacation I truly need it!

I go to different resorts all the time. maybe over 20 different resorts that I have been to. By far this place is the most unmanaged resort I ever been to. Food was terrible and had no flavor. Restaurant was dirty and flies everywhere. NO service at all which to me means 1 star for service. No entertainment. All drinks are served in the smallest cups. After midnight everything costs $. I would never ever come back here. I left every morning to the city to spend my time because of how terrible everything was. Never again.

Great staff! Property is well kept although a little dated. Nice swimming pools. Nice dock to walk out and swim. Great views of the sunset from the dock as well. Food is okay. Drinks are Egyptian spirits, beer and wine. Not the greatest but good for mixers. There is a Kiting school next door that is really nice. The guys take care of you for a reasonable price. Only negative was the spa for me. Guy sold me a two hour Hammam but I got an hour and 15 minute run around. The actual massage was maybe 20 minutes, 20 minutes in a nice sauna, 15 in a cold steam room. Then they scrub you down a bit. Was disappointing. I did have another massage there and the lady was wonderful. Just make sure you get what you pay for.

Very bad every thing

in general the property is ok, not the best beach though. the food is ok but missing variety. the services are disappointing. I had to wait 5 hours to obtain a roll of toilet paper, I had to call a second time after 5 hours. the safe was not working and it took 6 hours to get it fixed, and I had to stay inside the room during the whole process.

This is a large hotel with 6 pools/well kept gardens/private beach/good food/friendly staff. We went for 3 weeks - the first 2 weeks was Ramadan and there were only about 60 guests which meant only the main restaurant and 2 bars were open. The 3rd week was Eid and 600 Egyptians arrived with their kids. We wanted more guests but 'be careful what you wish for' We had a few problems with the toilet/room key/bed but they were sorted without any fuss - Hey - this is Egypt. The hotel is very isolated if you want to go out you need a taxi. The hotel has a small 'ZOO' when we arrived there were 2 monkeys - after a couple of days there was only one - the female had escaped not to be seen again. My wife said she could understand why.

Terrible food and very poor buffet. No snacks other than cheese sandwitches!!! Only two bars are working and one restaurant. Most of the other facilities are closed to reduce the cost. Not worth a penny save your money. The staff is nice though, especially Mr. Mohamed in reception. He was very helpful and made it easy for us to cancel the rest of our stay.

Room was cleaned every day, towels changed. Hotel clean and tidy, staff looked after us - very helpful and polite.

Worst hotel ever! No WIFI, sticky floor in restaurants, bad smell, loud in the evening. The water in the pool is dirty. The food is disgusting. To expensive for what you get.

Rien n’est bon je suis vraiment déçu

Les restaurants sont horrible sauf le restaurant chinois où il faut réserver est nous avons le droit dit allez que 1 fois part semaine idem pour le restaurant italien mais très mauvais le restaurant à volonté est deguelas Niveau propreté dans la chambre nous avons eu des vers dans la salle de bain qui sont rester même avec traitement jusqu’à la fin du séjour Celui qui fait le ménage le fait à la va vite ( pas de coup de balai il faut lui dire quoi faire ) il attend aussi les pourboires tout les jours L’hôtel n’est pas fini encore en travaux a beaucoup d’endroit Les toboggans de piscine très dangereux ( tenu par des échafaudages) La plage est moche ( je suis rester 15 jours avec mes 2 enfants et mon mari au mois de août 2023)

Hôtel bruyant, musique à des niveaux sonores élevés y compris pendant les repas; produits de qualité décevante.

Personnel très agréable... jolies piscines...belle plage... jardins bien entretenus ... . points négatifs : ascenseurs en panne, les chambres manquent d'entretien ( miroir cassé, clim défaillante, ampoule grillée etc etc).... manque de variété dans la nourriture.

Très bon rapport qualité- prix.
