overall was okay except for the thousand mosquitos in the room on the night

Hotel is good looking, great location but in the hotel you can hear everybody. They didn’t tell me there was a group of about 20 teenagers with two adults and I finally had to complain at about midnight. Went for breakfast and they took all the space in the restaurant so I waited over two hours before I could have breakfast. It was a bad first night . Three more nights to go, hope it gets better!

I’ve stayed in numerous places in CDMX and this was by far the best. Great location. Excellent accommodations. Super fast wifi. Extraordinary staff who went over and beyond helping me. Very accommodating and excellent. Especially the day manager Eduardo who speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful and kind.

I love that there is no sign on the outside so it looks just like another apartment building on the block, very safe and secure, the guys at the desk were so friendly and helpful, I needed a few things for my comfort and they brought them to me immediately and with a good helpful service attitude! (Eduardo!) I stayed in room 3 (a "Jr Suite") and although it was very hot in the city during the day (about 87F/30C), if you keep the drapes closed it stays nice and cool inside without AC. My room looked much better than the photos which appear kind of dated and grungy? The street is everything cool about Roma Norte, but you are right off of Insurgentes- a giant busy street and so you can hop on the bus or walk to anything convenient that you need. I will definitely come back to stay again next time I'm in the city!!! Loved it.

Nice place. Best for long stays (2+ weeks). Will stay here again I come back to Mexico City. Great safe parking, I arrived with my motorcycle.

The building is modest, but it's in a great location. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette was modern and very useful. Would recommend for those looking for a great jumping off point to explore CDMX.

Hotel Staff was very friendly and professional. The Location was great however there was a some noise from neighboring building because of a party. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

The owners, Martha and Brian, has lots of helpful suggestions and recommendations, and even went out of their way to help us communicate with our Uber driver because our Spanish isn't great. The location is fantastic-close to lots of great restaurants and bars, with a grocery store just a 5 minute walk away. The room was very clean and nicely equipped. The bed was wider (although slightly shorter) than an American size Eastern King, so taller people may have to sleep sideways. We were very comfortable. One very minor suggestion--it would be nice to have sheer blinds for the windows. The room darkening curtains were great for sleeping, but during the day, the apartments across from us could see straight into our room, if the curtains were open. It would be nice to let in the wonderful light without sacrificing privacy. In any case, this did not take away from our enjoyment of the room, since we were gone most of the day. Overall, a wonderful place that we would be happy to stay in when we visit Mexico City next.

Hotel owner instructed staff to enter our room after being told not to do so and leaving the "do not disturb" sign on door. We felt unsafe and violated after this experience. The wifi service does not work at all, and the lock box is purposefully rigged to not work so that they can enter the room and go through guests belongings...

Suites 259 stands out for customer service and comfort. It feels like home, only with better maid service. It's within walking distance of several neighborhoods, very quiet, but just close enough to the main thoroughfares for quick Uber rides. There are tiny shops and eateries in the neighborhood where you can get home-cooked Mexican dishes, and only a few minutes from major party spots. As soon as you get into your, be sure to fill up the ice tray.

We were very pleased with our week's stay here in March 2016. We felt we had great independence of movement yet at the same time there was a friendly feeling and one could draw upon advice and be certain of high hotel-like standards at the same time.

We visited with our two kids (4 total) and rented the one bedroom apartment. It was a perfect place to rent for a family with it's kitchen and separate room. The room was very clean and well appointed. However, most importantly, the staff was super nice and helpful. They spent lots of time chatting with us about different things we could do around Mexico City. The neighborhood is central to many different things including some boutique shopping, but more importantly near by lots of different restaurants on Amsterdam and Obergon. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to do in Condesa. The hotel was clean and modern with very comfortable bed and linens. The only problem was the hot water. We had a lot of trouble getting the hot water to come out. We had to leave the water from the faucet and shower run for a good 8-10 minutes before hot water would come out. Then the water shuts off after 10 minutes and you need to shut the water off and redo the process to activate the water pump again and get hot water. A total inconvenience when its Fall/Winter and the rooms have no heater.

What a terrific find! Centrally located to both bus and metro, with dozens of fantastic restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are really spectacular for the price. Felt like home away from home. Definitely going back.

I liked the fact that the suits make you really feel at home , the recently refurbished building has got a feeling of small independent flats. Good location and definitely worth the stay
