The overall stay was fine. However, I was asked for a $50 refundable deposit which seemed like a shady business practice. There is also no free breakfast as advertised. I still have not received my deposit back and it has been almost a week since we stayed. I have tried calling over 40 times and no one at the front desk picks up. There is no way to leave a message because voice-mail is full. This was definitely one of the cheaper options to stay, but they rob you of your deposit so spend your well-earned money elsewhere.

I booked a hotel room in du. Bois, Pennsylvania and you decided to get me a room in Altoona, Pennsylvania, which is 60 miles the direction I didn't want to go so I wasn't very happy with Expedia. So I'm not going to use you if I can avoid it because I don't think. You're honest with your booking locations.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Tub drain needs a snaking (water accumulated 4 -5 inches in the bottom of the tub while taking a shower), and the diverter valve in the spigot allowed far too much water to continue pouring into the tub. Everything else was fine.

Convience. But internet did not work. Neither did the phone. The pool was not opened. Bathroom door was disgusting. Bathroom walls not cleaned. Air conditioner would only work half the time.l I had clean the filter. Looks like it was never cleaned ever. Ask for an extra towel and was told NO

I had a terrible experience with the front desk clerk at check-in. (She) was very rude, unpleasant and forceful! I was tempted to not check-in and leave to find another hotel/motel in the area, even if I had to pay more. I would suggest you find another location!!!!!

The room I was in the toilet had no water, turn out it was leaking so the owners/maintenance staff had turned it off to prevent water loss. I turned it on, problem solved after using the toilet. Then I wake up at night and there is water in the floor. The place advertised as having included breakfast when I checked in late night, the desk person told me they stopped breakfast since Jan. I paid for this when booking as my child as an early morning competition and we needed to be out. So it would be good if Expedia which has been nice about advertising refunds me for the breakfast that I had to grab outside. I think that is a fair ask? what do you think? BTW I was in room 204 just so you can verify my comments.

Front desk required a SURPRISE DEPOSIT OF $50! Would not let me check in without paying it. This was not stated in any place when I booked on the app. Desk clerk was shady saying “don’t break stuff get money back.”. Next morning I went to inspect the room with him not giving anyone a $50 tip in the guise of a security deposit.

We have stayed here before and it was good. This time we had DOT staff drinking and being loud until midnight. Called front desk and nothing was done. Bed squeaked anything you moved in it.

If it were not for the bed bugs on the pillow case we would have looked past the cigarette burn holes in the comforters and stains on the sheets. It was “ok” as far as cleanliness goes considering what you’re paying. Im not sure how to describe the smell, but it was strong, of maybe a cleaning solution or bug spray, not sure. Staff was friendly enough but gave a slight attitude when we showed them the video of the bed bugs. They asked if we wanted another room, but obviously we weren’t taking any chances of getting bitten by bed bugs or our belongings infested. We left immediately and went elsewhere. Even though it says nonrefundable I’m hoping a refund is issued for this unfortunate inconvenience.

Room smelled like weed, cigarette burns in bedding, laundry pictured far from many rooms, dirty bathroom, couldn't get extra towels, also 50$ fee due at check in not stated on any site, can't get a receipt for that, even after asking several times, they will give it back after they check your room at checkout and at their discretion. We ended up checking out within an hour because of conditions.
